I have just found out how to do a print screen with my ipod.

It is necessary to push the two buttons at the same time and it automatically saves the image in the Photo Albums. Using the image is a little bit tricky. You can send it by e-mail or show it in the ipod touch. The Itunes didn't sync it to the desktop.
